Parent (Amanda White): Rachel is a very happy and talkative girl, who is very outgoing and great with people. She seems to connect with people very fast and networks in the community very efficiently. Her organisational skills are highly commendable and is always punctual and time managers university assessments very well alongside her social life. She shows great maturity when conflict arises in any area of her life and knows how to handle issues and resolve very well.

Peer, griffith student (Peter Christou): For the time I've known Rachel this year, she is very organised and punctual.  She is a very bubbly and happy girl who loves a challenge, she is a social butterfly and makes so many friends so easily. Everybody gets along with her in the university community and loves her humorous company. Her work ethic is nothing less then amazing. She is very focused on her priorities and knows what she wants and will work as hard as it takes to reach her goals and career aspirations. In a way, she's the most ideal friend to have around to motivate you and keep you focused and happy in the learning environment. 

Work colleague (Arman Terzic): Rachel has displayed great work ethic and attitude in the workplace at Spano's IGA over the past two years that I've worked aside her. She is very punctual and handles complaints about dissatisfied customers about their products gracefully and maturely. Her customer service is impeccable, we receive many compliments about her inviting and happy nature towards the customers.
