My name is Rachel White. I am studying Bachelors of Business at Griffith University, Gold Coast, majoring in Human resource management. My career aspiration is to work for a hotel chain in Human resources and simultaneously travel the world with the profession. I want to be in HR because I believe I will be helping people in the workplace by ensuring that there is a healthy working environment  and that the employees are happy. This will improve productivity within the company. The purpose of this E-Portfolio is to convey my experiences and my knowledge from my studies and past experiences. From this E-Porfolio, I hope to impress future employers and gain employment in a company of my choice. The overall aim is to be seen as a valuable employee for a company.
